      He most likely had a lower pocket pair than you did (or 88), he checked the flop behind you, so there's no reason to assume he's got K/J, unless you've been check raising flops ALOT.

      Checking the flop wasn't a mistake (if the guy flat calls with T+ combinations), but you should have been the one betting the turn, since he checked the flop behind you. If you get re-raised, you know you're beat.

      It's not a bad play though if you're multi-tabling alot of tables at the same time, it's better to play safe or you'll start bleeding money from your big wins.

      Hello NthnPrsnal,

      Well, you ain't gonna achieve much with the Check on flop. I'd still Cbet while the opponent could easily even have a lot worse hands in his range. Giving up directly could be a bit too weak.
