      I put him on a AQ type hand. Did I do anything wrong here?

      Well, Qx hands are most likely in his range and most likely even wider range that just AQ. :) For that reason picking the thin value-bet line is totally fine. Although that's true that a lot of combos of 2pairs are possible here and even sets which wouldn't bet the river anyways. Nice hand, except you could bet a bit bigger vs station.
