      Not sure if I should have 3bet this guy now because he min raises a lot of hands. easy fold though

      Nah, seems to be fine to 3bet against that kind of min-raise. Although I would most likely just skip the CBet on such a board which hardly hits his calling range. But of course it's not totally off even to CBet here while you can still make a lot of PPs to fold and have also GS+overcards.
