      Known players:

      0,02/0,04 No-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)
      Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.105 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is BB with 8:diamond: , 5:diamond:
      CO raises to $0,14, 2 folds, Hero calls $0,10.

      thought that my hand playes fine post flop against a loose agressive guy and that i have a lot of implied odds if i hit something like a draw.

      Flop: ($0,30) J:spade: , 7:club: , 5:heart: (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO bets $0,3, Hero calls $0,30.

        his pot size bet looks like a pure bluff to me and i have a bit of show down value :) against this loose agressive guy :D

      Turn: ($0,90) 9:diamond: (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO checks.

      River: ($0,90) A:club: (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO bets $0,9, Hero calls $0,90.

        Here same thing it just doesn't make sense and it is not so likely to have an Ace

      Final Pot: $2,70

      Results follow (highlight to see):
      CO shows (4d 4c)
      Hero shows a pair of fives (8d 5d)

      Hero wins with a pair of fives (8d 5d)

      Hello Bogdan1190,

      Preflop: Tell me how does the hand play fine postflop? What you trying to hit? Will you ever be sure that your pair will be enough? Or even flush be not the strongest. Don't like the Call at all here, you are a copy of the another guy who plays 40/27. Just take a look at the equity even against a random hand:

             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    44.55%  41.99%   2.56% { 85s }
      UTG+1  55.45%  52.90%   2.56% { random }

      Against ~30%:

             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    35.19%  34.62%   0.56% { 85s }
      UTG+1  64.81%  64.25%   0.56% { 55+, A2s+, K5s+, Q7s+, J8s+, T8s+, 98s, A7o+, A5o, K9o+, Q9o+, J9o+, T9o }

      You see your hand is just horrible. How you plan to take down the pot? While even being OOP.

      As played
      Postflop: Well, wouldn't really want to comment here. You didn't do any hero-calls or any good calls here but rather played it like calling station. Of course they are good cards for him to bet it as a bluff and it doesn't make sense him to bet it pot on river if he had the Ace. But there are like so many overcards on board which hardly beat your hand. I don't like your plat at all. Really it seems that you have a huge problem with the Calling thing, you leveling too much yourself into doing hero-calls which makes you loose a lot money in long run.

      Best Regards.
