      i wanted to c/r for protection but im only isolating myself and folding out his weaker hands. maybe better line could be c/c flop, donk non heart turn? i was pretty lost on the hand but didnt think he would overbet shove turn with a flush

      Hello dannywratten,

      Against his stack I'd most likely just ship it right on flop to avoid any 4th to arrive and we would have to fold it. While his range can easily contain from a lot draws weaker pairs.

      With your play the bad thing is that he could easily just Check behind on turn with his draws and not pay you anything on river unless he hits.
