Hero checks, CO bets $8.80, Hero raises to $11.98, CO calls $3.18

I should bet more on the flop.
When he c/r F, I think I should play way ahead/way behind scenario.
Turn is safe, because there are less sets in his range.
So on the river when all the draws missed, I can safely check/call.

I feel here like going broke on flop is better coz there are some cards which you don't like to see "9"7"T"Q"

My assumption was that he may raise me with some draws like QT (gs + bd fd) and I expected him to contiune beting with those on later streets, because he was quite aggressive. I don't know if that's too optimistic :)

I don't think shoving flop is better, because I don't see many worse hands that will go broke on this flop.

      Hello kaarols,

Why I don't like that much Calling the flop here is that he is just way too aggressive player who could easily even play this way draws/jx hands and maybe even pure bluffs. Most of the hands are just going to Check behind on turn and that's what we don't really want to see and let him catch a free card, for that given part I'd just 3bet it right on flop and get it in.

Although as played I'd just get it in right on turn, you are just gonna miss value there in long run, he could easily even Check behind Jx on river. ;)

      Best Regards.

      Ok thx,
but I'm curious with which hands exactly do you expect him to continue after I reraise the flop?

Well, most likely Jx hands and maybe even draws. He doesn't look like a good player anyways so I wouldn't be surprised to see draws. But of course your play is also do-able with the Call but then I'd usually like to donk the turn to avoid him Checking behind his draws since there it's more likely that he doesn't have a set of 8s.
