problem with verification

      So 3 days ago mb froze my acc and asked for verification(its funny though when every company remembers to do that when we re trying to withdraw money and not sooner)

      anyway i sent em an email with my id in two separate jpeg files(front/back) and i asked em what i could do about the bill they want to secure my address since atm i am living with my parents and i dont have a bill in my name. It took em 3 days to answer me that the documents i provided were in an unacceptable format file but jpeg is one of the formats they suggested.Also they didnt answer my question back and i am afraid they will take another 3 days to answer back just for that question .

      any help/suggestions to solve this quicker ?
