      Known players:

      0,15/0,25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.102 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is UTG1 with A:heart: , A:club:
      Hero raises to $0,75, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0,75, 5 folds.

      Flop: ($1,90) 7:club: , 3:spade: , 2:heart: (2 players)
Hero bets $1, MP2 raises to $2,00, Hero calls $1,00.

Don't want to 3B because i could scare him away.
If Board was 7h3s2h i would 3B because a heart on Turn could scare Villain off.

      Turn: ($5,90) 7:heart: (2 players)
      Hero checks, MP2 bets $2,45, Hero raises to $7,00, MP2 calls $4,55.

I should just bet, but i thought he would definitly bet. Raised because his bet was to small so i can ship river.

      River: ($19,90) K:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $11,5, MP2 calls $11,45 (All-In), Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $42,80

I think 7 is not the best card to c/r turn.
He can have there overpairs or some other draws, but also 7x is quite big part of his min-raise on the flop. I´d rather just call him down or if he bets really small then raise river or maybe b/f myself for example on K turn.
If you think he would never fold there pair then c/r turn and shoving river is fine line.
