      both flushdraw and straightdraws got busted. Without reads a though situation, 2 pairs are worthless because of the 7s on the board, overpair unlikely because he never raised, a set on flop seems somewhat unlikely as well, because he would have wanted to protect his hand on flop from draws, I would probably call without a read, fold if i have a read he is a decent player.

      On flop, bet more, it is a wet board with both FD, and a lot of straights. On turn it gets tricky, but most hands with a 7 should have folded on flop, and no draws completed, so I would bet again and probably 3/4. Then on river I would shove / betcall.

      Not much you can do in this case on river. Only thing I would consider doing here is that I would most likely Bet the flop & turn bigger to protect our hand on such a draw-heavy board.
