      Its not a particularly big raise, but i'm out of position and if I call and check he only really has a shove left. Is he ever doing this with worse than AA?

      Hello Scooney,

      The only possibility here would be to just get it in on turn. The 9 made a bit less likely him even to have a set. Plus of course the guy could even overplay TP type of hand the same way. It's either we Bet/Fold or get it in while being OOP.

      So is either equally good against an unknown opponent? With a preference to one or the other decided by if you know anything about him?

      Well, most likely if he had FH. Would he even raise it here? Only reasonable hand which he could be playing that badly is 9x. :D
