      I thought my options were c/f or db/f, since c/c against a nit/rock OOP in a large MWP w/ a marginal hand where I have to fold a lot of turns and rivers was probably not a good idea.

      Hello muel294,

      While his UTG range may easily even consist of AQ/AK type of hands then donk/folding is of course an option, doubt he would raise there anyways with worse. With Check/Call you wont achieve much since I doubt that he would CB even with a lot worse hands here.

      Also we protect from overcards.
