      Hello wnbMG,

      Depends really on the opponent, it's hard to say either your fold is good there or not. But most likely it is since we don't have much information the opponent. Check/Folding would be anyways too weak on turn while he could even be floating or having any worse hands.

      Also his bet on river doesn't make that much sense, do you really think he could even bet there any pairs? Most likely it's towards to rather strong hand or just bluff. But without knowing the opponent it's hard to Call.
