without reads this is an easy call for me on the turn, and a call on any non- :spade: river.

and if it's a weak bet i call on a :spade: river as well

I'd raise to 60c to protect and fold to a push.
      If called, I'd call riverbet.

I'm just curious if this hand is connected to the QJ hand you posted the other day. There you were check-raised on the turn when the straight draw came.

I don't think you should be folding this, it's a different situation. You can flat call here and control the pot, keeping it small and therefore dictating the river action.

In the other hand, you bet in position on the turn and Villains c/r started to send the pot out of control. In that hand, you could be facing a dollar bet on the river, which is about 2/3rds your remaining stack.

If you call in this hand, you might face a bet somewhere around 25-30 cents, about a sixth of your remaining stack. If he puts a big bet in on the river, then you can fold.

You're in position in both cases, so you can control the pot. Whether checking behind, calling or raising, it's the most important thing to remember.

If I'm wrong in thinking these two are connected, please happily ignore this post ;)
