      I didn't have much hands against this villain but he seems to bluff alot on Turn and River. But i wanted to wait for more info because the board is just to dangerous and the raise to big. (need ~32% equity to call)

      Really bad river to bet small with overpair. You have to fold to shove, but that would just induce too often also with sometimes worse hands, so I think better is to check and then decide if you want to c/c or c/f.
      Players would not always turn their made hands into bluffs and you can get to showdown or if he likes to bluff you can consider calling maybe half potsize river bet.
