I think I have been passive for some time.
This is a board which I think he cbets 100% of the time. So I float with intention to bet on the turn if he checks and raise some turns.
On the river I think I can make him fold Tx, JJ, better busted draws. Do you think my bluff was ok?

Problem floating flop with no equity is that he would very often barrel turn and you still need to fold or he checks with showdown value and you barrel with no equity.

Don´t like your river bet that much, since that would make so many two pair combos or straights that he went to pot control on the turn, so you´re likely getting called or raised too often.

If you want to make move then raise flop to 2.5$ and then barrel maybe on hearts, but in general fold seems better.
