      Hi,

I'm from holland, 30 years old, have a fantastic wife and two wonderful kids. My hobby's next to poker are making music (guitar), windsurfing and drinking alcoholic drinks :f_love: .

So lets start a new Blog. In my old Blog I tracked my SSS and MSS progression. I've played SSS up to NL400 and MSS up to NL25/NL50. I've played close to 300k hands in total. I've never deposited myself and build it all with the first 50$ of PokerStrategy. Since FTP has been shut down, I didnt play much poker at all. I've got about 2K$ stuck at FTP X(

Last week I've received an email of PokerStrategy where they offered me a second starting capital of $50 at Poker770. Big thanks for that! So the plan now is to learn BSS and restart at NL2...

      Timeline:
      - 2011-10-25: Start BSS at NL2
      - 2011-11-07: Silver again
      - 2011-11-08: NL2 completed at 13.4bb/100
      - 2011-11-08: Start NL4
      -

      The complete NL2 graph:

      Hey T,

I remember you from times past and it is really great to see you back again.

I have no doubt you will pwn the micros and get back the NL50 in no time at all.

Good to have you back around again and best of luck.

Will be following your progress very closely.

      Best wishes,
      Gary

      Hi,

      Played a short session tonight:
Still running hot at 90bb/100 :f_biggrin:

      Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Somehow I played really tight 12/10. Probably due to small sample and not completely familiar with the BSS starting hands yet.
Also I still CBet too much 86%...

Good thing that the level at NL2 is terrible :f_p:
      Just giving away money haha.
Not really inclined to squeeze against UTG with TT.

Hey, nice blog will deffo follow, im also playing BSS at NL2 on Party.

Would you be interested in disucssing some strategy etc on skype or something like that. :)

As to the stats you posted: Id say your cbet flop is quite high especially at NL2 where people really dont fold.

Not sure about SB defend, but i think you defend too much from BB.

      Hi keoghh,

      Thanks for stopping by :)
You can post hands you like to discuss in my Blog if you want (or in your own if you have/start one ;) )
For the time being (until NL25/NL50), I think that discussing hands/strategy on skype etc isnt very usefull. As the strategy articles/video's are more than sufficient to beat the micro's.

Yeah my CBet is too high. But it ain't true that NL2 people don't fold. Check my red line for instance :f_grin:

Agreed that I defend BB too much :)

What are your stats if I may ask?

      Greetz,

      Hi,

Session two of tonight (graph includes first hands of session 1).
Went on the ginding path again playing 16 tables :f_grin: It has been a long time since I've 16-tabled...
Too bad its killing my red line and winrate though:

      Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Total graph so far running at 20bb/100:

      Uploaded with ImageShack.us

BR now at $70 wooooot :f_eek:
Would be cool if I could maintain this winrate b/c I'd beat NL2 in about 10k hands.

If you're into rock/metal, you should check out these youtube video's from my band Ravage4. They were recorded with a photo camera, so no top quality :f_biggrin:

      Greetz and good night,

      Hi,

Got HEM to work! Now I can 16-table with a horizontal red line :D
Will post the graph tomorrow. Just played a 1:30 hour session. My sets got busted but still made a little.

Damn I miss Rush :( It takes ages until all 16 tables are active. Although 770 software is ok (better then Party), FTP software crushes it. The latest news about FTP is positive so lets hope for the best...

      Hi guys,

      Thanks for stopping by :)

      @keoghh
It's funny you mentioned NL4, because I thought the next level was NL5. But at Poker770 the next level is NL4 :f_biggrin: . I want to stick to a 20 BI BRM for the micros, so I can move up when I hit the $80 BR.

      Silver again :)

Last days have been b/e swingy.
I've been tilting which doesnt happen very often. It started when I accidently switched of my power outlet with my toe... And did it again within 5 minutes... It switches of my internet router so I timed out on all 16 tables twice in a row (I play on a laptop + 23").... Then I ran into some very strong hands and played terrible. So the perfect recipy for tilt :D

However I've fixed some serious leaks:
      - Cut down my CBET to ~67%
      - Stopped calling OOP with medium strength hands thinking I can outplay NL2 people...

I actually broke the $80 ($30 + $50) just before the 10k hands, but I wanted to play 10k hands before moving up. After that I got coolered. But yeah, better being coolered at NL2 then at NL4 :)

Just 1 BI to go before I move up.

      Hey T,

I think we all have those days :(

We just got to make sure we don't have them too often and keep our mindset tip-top!

You have done this before and I am sure you are well capable of climbing the limits once again.

Keep the chin up mate and all will come good :)

Nice blog! Just thought I would help a bit in the hands portion. You should label them so its easier for reference!

      Hand 1
Bet bigger flop and turn. There is so much value to be had. No point half potting. If there is a hand he wants to continue playing, he will call no matter the size. Of course there might be folds but in the long run, betting bigger with the nuts can do you no wrong. As for river, being OOP sucks so it depends on your reads and whether he is a fishie or tight. It is quite obvious he has a strong hand, just whether he has sets or think you are FOS and has an overpair. Close call, but I most prob will c/c as well though b/f might be another possibility.

      Hand 2
Hahaha.. I can see myself so doing that rationalizing that AK could so do this.

      Hand 3
Would bet turn myself and c/c river with my straight so he can bluff with his pair hands. Sucks he had a flush.

      Hand 4
Hahahaha.. Another hand I would do the same thing but not feel good about it. My read would be he has like Ax not the 4. But it is true that u are calling to split.

      Hand 5
Would raise flop there with my 2 pair. You lose to sets and the straight. But you block sets. So I can see him betting with most overpairs plus maybe OESD with TT. But I would be thinking I am ahead on the flop.

      That was fun! Hahaha..

      Cheers and good luck!
