Well i am interested if there is any better way to play that hand.
SB is also known as passive player.

Because there were not many scare cards i didnt want to continue with second barel....but i did have an initiative and i showed preflop that i am strong.

Anyway....Was that check/fold line ok or it would be better to fire a second barel?

The 3 isn't a good barrel card as it doesn't improve your hand and isn't a scare card. Unless you have a read that he's calling a lot of flops to give up on the turn I think the check behind is ok.

You can think about repping the Q on the river but I think a check behind is also fine.

      Hello Alan883,

If he is a passive player then I would just Check it behind right on flop. You ain't gonna make a better hand to fold. :) If he doesn't have a hand he wont bet anyways. Plus of course it's still a 3bet pot.

      Best Regards.
