      I think not. 52/21 would also call there broadway hands and likely would also shove them if you check to him, so I think c/c flop is fine.
      Other option would be shoving yourself to not give him correct odds if he happens to have flushdraw or 9T/QJ

      If he bets smt like 3$ I think better is to c/rai, since he can b/f there smt hands that has equity, like QJ and if flushcard comes we may c/f turn the best hand
