      Since you raised UTG you don´t really have to stack off with AK unless players can there squeeze with wider range than QQ+, AK. Your range is usually quite tight and players do not 3-bet UTG opens AQ/AJ/KQ type hands, but more often call.
      Against aggressive players I think 4-bet/calling is better option, since they can also mix up 3-bet bluffing with wider range, so against 20/19 I´d likely would still go with AK
