I´d prefer 4-bet and then call shove with QQ/AK. With KK/AA you can slowplay, but with QQ there are just too many overcards.
I´d raise flop and play for stacks, since you´re not reping much, and if he has there TT/JJ he would get stacked+ if he has Ax hand he would likely c/f turn anyway.

Turn card is quite bad for you, but if you think he woudl not moslty 3-bet hands like AT-AK, but rather call or his 3-bet range is too wide, then you can call once.

Against 10% 3-bet range you´re behind, so fold isn´t bad:

      board: 279A
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      10% 58.45% 3,411,816 70,200
      QQ 41.55% 2,414,688 70,200

Even against 15% you´re not ahead:

      board: 279A
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      15% 54.77% 5,052,792 74,196
      QQ 45.23% 4,165,812 74,196

, so basically he need to have 20% 3-bet range that you should be ahead on the turn:

      board: 279A
      Hand Equity Wins Ties
      20% 47.91% 6,048,708 78,084
      QQ 52.09% 6,579,000 78,084

I also think river is fold. I haven´t seen anyone bluffing there and it should be mostly valuebet.

It seems like every time I 4bet/call shove with QQ I see AA/KK or lose to AK. I checked back in my stats and I've hardly won at all with QQ shoved preflop...

than call pf is better, but at that case you can´t really call turn bet.
