Often I decide to just call from LP when I hold a pp against the general advice to isolate the limper but when I follow that advice I find myself often in such situation

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.02(BB) Replayer
      SB ($2)
      BB ($0.54)
      UTG ($2.03)
      UTG+1 ($0.45)
      UTG+2 ($2.01)
      MP1 ($3.11)
      CO ($2)
      Hero ($2)

      Dealt to Hero 5:club: 5:diamond:

fold, fold, UTG+2 calls $0.02, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.10, fold, BB calls $0.08, fold

      FLOP ($0.23) T:diamond: 9:club: 8:spade:

BB checks, Hero bets $0.11, BB calls $0.11

      TURN ($0.45) T:diamond: 9:club: 8:spade: 7:club:

      BB checks, Hero checks

      RIVER ($0.45) T:diamond: 9:club: 8:spade: 7:club: T:heart:

      BB bets $0.33 (AI), Hero?

      villian 53/15/1/0.0 H:35

so, by take this hand as example I would like discovery how better play from LP with low pp and how best apply the isolation strategy.

      TY :)

      Hello kiromanAAKK,

While having such small stacks in the play as BB I'd most likely just Call and play for the set value. We don't really want to face a shove from BB. But as played I would most likely just Check it behind on the flop, doubt that we are making any pairs nor draws to fold there.

      Best Regards.
