      If board was smt like T44 you can consider just calling, but with 988 I think raising is better. You also then protect against TJ, 67, T7, QJ+ you build pot likely with the best hand. I´d only raise smaller to 0,25$ to also keep in his one pair hands and weak draws, then bet half pot on the turn and shove river.

      Preflop: With one limper raise it to $0,10.

      Postflop: I don't like that much the raising. You can easily isolate yourself against very strong hands. Plus you don't even give him room to continue with a lot weaker hands. I'd just Call and reevaluate it on further streets. But obviously raising ain't like really off here while he bets 1/2 pot size but what's your plan if you get 3bet? :)
