In the summer I requested 90 days cooling off period from 888 poker to improve my physical condition instead of playing poker. After cooling off period was over, i wanted to log in again but the account was still closed. I have sent tonnes of e-mails to them already, but nothing has changed. All I get back from them is templated response and instead of reopening my account, they initiated another cooling off period. Can someone explain to me, what the hell is going on?

      Hi Boamadu

They seem to indicate that your account will be reopened on the 1st of January 2012 automatically.

What is your screen name on 888. I will see if I can escalate it on our side.

      Best regards

      Hi boamadu,

I'm afraid our hands are tight in this case. You'll need to collect your thoughts in regards of re-opening your account and make sure you understand the risk of playing and send it to 888 Poker. (at least this is what I understood from their response)

You need to know that poker rooms are under super strict rules when it comes to the "fraud" or "closed account" because of "gambling issues, addiction" and in this case cooling off.

I hope you understand and wish you best of luck resuming to play.
