Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is SB with A :club: 5 :club:
1 fold, MP calls $0.50, 1 fold, BTN raises to $2, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, BTN calls $4

      Flop: ($13.00) 5 :spade: K :diamond: 4 :diamond: (2 players)

      Turn: ($25.50) 7 :club: (2 players)

      River: ($49.50) 9 :diamond: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

I 3b btn because I expect him to iso raise MP loose, I have nice hand to 3b bluff with. And if MP calls its not so bad because we are 200 bb deep.

Cbet is mandatory on the flop, what do you think about 2nd brl on the turn? I might get him fold JJ-99

How about shove on the river? Most likely he can't have AK, but I guess if he called turn he is prepared to call the river and I shouldnt bluff? Diamonds might be scarecard but I am not sure if I shouldn't be scared of them myself.

66 would not go anywhere, 88 might call again, although he might also fold. He would likely fold all his floats and would call again with Kx. Problem is what would you do if he calls again- you then likely doesn´t have best hand and should shove river for bluff+ you can´t really b/c turn.
Consider that, I would likely c/c turn unless I´m willing to bet turn and shove river. This way he can bet turn his floats and hopefully give up on the river or if he has better hand, like 88/99, we might easily check it down without loosing more money.

About your river shove: if you have tight image you likely would get folds, but once players get there with Kx hands, I think they are not really willing to fold getting quite good odds+ if you have bad image they would likely put you on bluff anyway
