$50 on fultilt

      Passed the quiz and is waiting for the $50 in ft.
      I did not receive any email confirmations from pokerstrategy about it. Can someone help me cfm if my case is actually being processed.

      Pretty sure if you just click 'HOME' it will say it is being processed, and you should wait 48hrs, then ask for confirmation, site seems very stable with their initial timeframe.

      I've just received an email stating that "PokerStrategy has just transferred $50 to your Full Til Poker account". But i just checked the cashier, it is not yet in. Do i need to wait awhile for it ?

      Hello donna2,

      Seems that the ID photo you sent was out of focus or blurry which is why they requested you to sent it again in better quality. If re-send it from the same email address everything should continue processing.

      You should have gotten a reply asking you to re-send the ID since the first photo you sent was of bad quality. Did you already re-send a better quality picture? If so, when?

      Ok, sorry I couldn't quite gather all that information out of the first post :)

      In that case, the ID has not been checked yet. Not sure why. Try writing a new support ticket (not just an answer to the old one), asking whether the new ID was received succesfully. Usually it should have already been processed.
