      The best answer is: It depends!

      4 to a straight or 4 to a flush is like the most obvious board to turn hands into a bluff. A very cheap one too! That's why it depends on his level of thinking. Just fold turn after you checked flop and turn. AQ is also decently strong so it could well be a 3bet for value preflop vs most opponents in these positions.

      As played on the flop he is either giving up or bluffcatching which means air or weak hand so my line would be bet turn and bet almost all rivers to make him fold his air and weak pairs.

      Well, why do you Check/Call in first place the turn? You ain't making any hands to fold nor you wont know where you stand on river when he bets again. Either I am donking myself or just Check/Folding.
