      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      Hero:
      $59,3
      BU:
      $40,26

      0,15/0,25 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.102 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with K:spade: , K:club:
Hero raises to $0,90, 4 folds, BU raises to $3,10, 2 folds, Hero calls $2,20.

I know a good player should never pot his opponent on AA when he got KK preflop (and i never have done it bevor).
but my villain has a 3B range of 0,9% over 3,6k hands + we are both deep. Sure he could also have KK, buts thats only happen in 1 of 7 cases and against KK i get a split anyways.

      Flop: ($6,60) 6:club: , 3:spade: , 2:spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $6,6, Hero calls $6,60.

      Turn: ($19,80) 8:spade: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

I would have folded if he bets again more than 1/2 pot.

      River: ($19,80) 8:diamond: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

      Final Pot: $19,80

      Results follow (highlight to see):
      Hero shows (Ks Kc)
BU shows two pairs, aces and eights (Ah Ad)

BU wins with two pairs, aces and eights (Ah Ad)

i see that you play fullring here , you raised from UTG2 and got 3betted by this super passive player that rarely raises preflop and also you have a solid hand sample of his 3betting frequency - i would only call for the set mine because i would expect to have great implied odds if i hit - he will give his stack off almost every time with AA even being deep

Good to know that you are on my side.
Just felt wrong to just call a 3B with KK because i thought he had Aces.
Was the first time though. Sometimes i think they have it but i 4B anyways since they have a wider range than 1%.

      Hi,

Being deep I think it is fine to b/c there KK, since you´re up against aces a lot of times.
But if you put him on aces, shouldn´t you c/f flop against potsize bet :)

Yeah thats true, but then i just had to fold after the 3B aswell :>.

Just couldn't fold it right on the flop since i have a backdoor flushdraw and hope dies last!! And it's only a small error compared to a call of a potsized bet on turn/river.

being deep you can call for set value pf.
I also think that calling once on the flop is fine to then likely folding big bet on the turn.
