I played this hand at a 6-max table, but against a single opponent (the table broke). I 3-bet preflop with AQ and c-bet the dry board.. At the turn I hit my middle pair and decided to barrel again. He called. On the river I played check/call when he minbet..

Did I overplay the hand? Should I check/fold the turn?

Kind of crappy spot because I dont think he can really bet any hands that you beat that call the flop. It might not be a mistake to call vs that size of bet if he's the kind of guy who will ever bet JJ or TT here?

      Hello Alleen86,

Preflop: Depends really on the opponent and what kind of stealing range you expect him to have and at the same time what kind of 3bet calling range? Depending on the opponent I'd act accordingly. Against some I'd 3bet against some even Call to keep weaker hands in the play if he is rather folding a lot to 3bets.

      As played
Postflop: Wouldn't change much till river. There I'd really just Check/Fold, I don't really see what kind of hands he can ever there float that long and then bluff the river.

      Best Regards.
