Shoud I bet all-in on river?

      Known players:

      0,01/0,02 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.102 by

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 5:spade: , 5:diamond:
      2 folds, MP2 calls $0,02, Hero raises to $0,10, CO calls $0,10, 4 folds.

      Flop: ($0,25) Q:heart: , J:club: , 5:heart: (2 players)
Hero bets $0,18, CO calls $0,18.

      Turn: ($0,61) A:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $0,46, CO calls $0,46.

      River: ($1,53) Q:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $0,7, CO calls $0,70.

      Final Pot: $2,93

      Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows a full-house, fives full of queens (5s 5d)
      CO shows (Th Ts)

Hero wins with a full-house, fives full of queens (5s 5d)

What if the oponent is nity and there is the same line. Can I call all-in re-raise on river? If in his range are JJ+ AQ+, then I have 58% equity. But if he won`t do that with AK, then my equity fall drasticaly to 31,58%. I asume that he won`t call preflop with KT.
