      Fold because the diamond hits, else it would be close but here it's a clear fold.

      He's rather passive so he would never bet worse than KT on the turn for his remaining stack.

      After hitting tp I´d likely would go with my hand so raising flop and playing for stacks or getting in on the turn should be more standard than calling flop and then folding on bad turn card.
      Since he can always bet turn his Adx hands I think shoving is better than folding.
