      1) if you hadn´t really 3-bet/4-bet war going on, then I´d prefer 3-betting pf, since he would likely call with worse hands that I dominate and I can easily play stacks if I hit my tp or good draw. Postflop is fine.
      2) Can´t really fold your tp blind vs blind to the turn barrel, so I´d call again expecting to get showdown quite easily on the river. You also split A9-A7 and consider sizing I think he isn´t that strong so you can also consider raising for value (or bluff to fold out AQ/AK) and if get called then take your free showdown.
      3) I always think it is better to lead with my good draws, than c/c once and then fold another potsize bet. He may easily try to bluff you out and since players would generally not make moves in 3-way pots I think you can also fold out some better hands by leading.
      4) fine
      5) since your hand is suited and I think you don´t really c/r him on Axx or Jxx boards, then I´d personally would prefer 3-betting. Being oop it is hard you to get value if you´re ahead, so you can put more pressure his reasonable opening range and make decisions postflop if getting called.
      6) ip call is fine, but since you´re deep I´d put more pressure him ip and would 3-bet quite wide range. I doubt he would start 4-betting that often oop. You can put him really on though situations postflop+ if you evr should happen to get QQ-AA you very likely get paid because of your aggressive image.
      7) I would squeeze for value, since you have worst postiton at the table, you don´t like calling him down with KQ if you just hit your one pair hand+ there is enough dead money pot to try take it down.
