Get into this type of spot very often when out of position. Can almost guarentee that if I check the turn villian will bet into me, which can be useful for extractig value with strong hands but is usually a real pain!!

When should we second barrel, and can we sometimes consider check raising here?

Can you check call with second pair type hands, often the trickiest I find as I may easily be ahead but just can't be sure, tough spot with a river bet still to come if we call.

      Hello Philfox1985,

Well, how much fold equity do you even expect to see here? How often does he float and etc type of questions should be answered first. If he rather floats a lot then I'd just Check/Fold right on flop or either plan to 2nd barrel some good cards where I get some equity for my straight-draw or something similar.

      Best Regards.
