UTG bets $1.00, Hero raises to $2.50, UTG calls $1.50

I didn't know if I am still ahead on the turn, because he was so passive - I ussually don't expect players like this to have a draw when they suddenly start betting into me. But after his weak bet on the river I thought there may be some value in small raise.

      Hello kaarols,

Well, most likely I'd even against that kind of opponent rather raise the turn and protect my hand than play it passively. You can still Raise/Fold since I doubt he is ever going to 3bet against you with a lot weaker hands.

      Best Regards.
