      I would make it smth like 12 on the river for value . maybe he calls with some pockets like 44 55

      why is this a leak ? he s line realy looks weak for a guy with his AF and i realy put him on overs here and i feel he would call a small raise with a high . standard i would call against a normal player but i feel we can extract more value from this one

      The only hands we beat here are 44, 55, and maybe A7-AK. A high _might_ call a small raise, but otherwise, we're donating money to all the hands that beat us (cause most of them are calling, especially a small raise) and folding out the 2 hands that we beat.
      Oh and btw a nit will very rarely fire 3 barrels here. He most likely has an overpair playing for pot control (judging by the small bets) so probably 77-TT

      Imo fold turnbet. He raised 4 BB from MP3 and he is probably on TT+, AQ+.
      You are beat in most cases

      and yet it's so ridiculously cheap to call down with.

      if you put him on range TT+, AQ+, and you think he'll 3barrel with both of these.. then you're (very easily) getting the right odds to call down...
