      Villain is 20/17 12 3bet, + 3.7 AF reg, history was good to 4bet.

      Did I play well?

I think flop check is ok, because vs his range there is mostly 1-2 street value, only KQs or set beat us, don't have to protect.

Turn call is ok, or should I raise? I think after raiseing only QJs and sets would continue, so calling seems to be better.

River call? We only beat KQs or maybe KJs, QJs + fulls beat (99-TT) us. Will he ever have a bluff here, like AQs, AJs, mid pp?

      MP2 66.67% 66.67% 0.00% TT-99, KJs+, QJs
      MP3 33.33% 33.33% 0.00% KhTh

According to odds its easy call right? Its only against his value range, no bluffs added.

Since I don´t think that Ax hands would going to bluff turn if I check back I think I would prefer c-betting flop small and going with my hand.
If you bet 4$ then he may easily do smt stupid and tp hand is very strong hand in 4-bet flop, so after you 4-bet pf I would generally go with my hand on K96 board.
Turn: since now AdQd, AdJd picked up combo draws and you´re ahead all Kx hands I would prefer raising instead of calling turn and calling river. If he ahs there Kx he would never going to fold, doubt he would flat oop QJ. He may have 99/TT, but again your hand is strong enough to play for stacks.
I guess river call is fine. 7$ shouldn´t make that big difference, but if you haven´t seen players betting there Kx hands I think call is fine, since bluffs would fold anyway.
