Here are some situations where i have the initiative and get a draw on turn.
The question on turn is to semibluff or not to.

      Hand1:

      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      SB:
      $27,05
      Hero:
      $27,45

      0,15/0,25 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.105 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with A:club: , K:club:
3 folds, SB calls $0,10, Hero raises to $1,00, SB calls $0,75.

      Flop: ($2,00) J:heart: , 6:spade: , 5:club: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1,2, SB calls $1,20.

      Turn: ($4,40) T:club: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3, SB calls $3,00.

Fold equity is not the greatest but i just got a huge number of outs + i'm IP.

      River: ($10,40) ...

Preflop: Hero is BB with J:club: , 8:heart:
2 folds, CO calls $0,25, 2 folds, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0,65) Q:diamond: , 8:club: , 3:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $0,5, CO calls $0,50.

      Turn: ($1,65) K:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $1, CO calls $1,00.

Again i'm maybe already ahead and got a ~14 outs to improve if villain has a Q. Not much foldequity tough..

      BU:
      $12,4

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A:spade: , Q:club:
Hero raises to $0,90, 2 folds, BU calls $0,90, 2 folds.

      Flop: ($2,20) J:club: , 9:club: , 3:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $1,3, BU calls $1,30.

      Turn: ($4,80) T:club: (2 players)

Here i once again got alot of outs and i'm OOP so i rather bet then c/c. (even if villain is rather passive)

      Hand 4:

      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      Hero:
      $28,3
      CO:
      $37,05

      0,15/0,25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.105 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q:club: , J:diamond:
2 folds, CO calls $0,25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0,90, CO calls $0,65.

      Flop: ($1,95) A:diamond: , 5:heart: , 4:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $1,1, CO calls $1,10.

      Turn: ($4,15) 9:diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0,25, Hero calls $0,25.

Since i could have reverse implied + villain is passive (could check behind) -> just c/c
If villain bets ~2,5, can i still call since i got no implieds? (OOP, obvious flush on river)

      River: ($4,65) 3:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $1,8, CO calls $1,80.

      Final Pot: $8,25

      1) too much equity+ fold equity. Easy barrel on the turn and I might even fire on blank river quite big to make him fold worse hands than Jx.
      2) I think turn barrel is fine. Again you can consider fire on blank river since he would likely c/c again his Qx hands with flushdraw
      3) If you want you can also c/rai or c/c, but betting there isn´t really also wrong. Player seems like station, but I might consider also shoving on blank river, since he has there just too many pair+draw hands that he should fold to your river shove.
      4) c/c small bet is fine, but if he would bet more than half the pot I would prefer folding, since he can always have there K or Q high flushdraws that has you dominated.

I never ask myself the question what i would do if i don't hit the river, since i'm not really into 3barrels for now (still have to learn good spots)
You really pointed out that the first 3 hands are good situations for a 3rd Barrel.
Since standard opponent can never be sure if i have a strong made hand or in this examples strong draws -> deception.
But can this 45/8 players with a wts of ~35 can fold enough on the river to a 3rd barrel?

I think you shouldn´t always fire river especially if they are snap calling your turn bet, but there from time to time it also isn´t bad spot to bet him off weak range+ if you next time have strong hand you can always go 3 streets for value and expect to get paid off quite light.
