      Hi,

      I think ip his 3-bet size would likely be bigger than 5%, but I agree that there shouldn´t be any value 4-betting and getting all-in pf.
      I´d c/c myself once on the flop, since you´re ahead most of his Ax hands, you have backdoor flushdraw and if he has smt like TT I think he would check it down rather than bet on blank turn and river.

      Against 7% you have reasonable equity to c/c at least once:
