# EV \$ diff on hem

Hello

I dont get what Ev \$ Diff is? I just played this hand and on hem it tells me the EV \$ diff is -0.48 ? How can this be a minus number?

And yes I know my reraise was too big I misclicked lol

You see, you where all in PF and had 71% chance of winning and 29% of losing the hand. The pot was \$1.67.

So in 71% times you win \$1.67. Mathematically your expected value(EV) is
EV= \$1.67*0.71= \$1.1857
EVdiff = \$1.1857(that much you should won on average in that spot) -\$1.67(that much you actually won) = - 0,4843
