BU shows a pair of aces (Ah 4h)
      Hero shows (Kd 9c)

BU wins with a pair of aces (Ah 4h)

I think I should fold because of the A on a flop and many fishes likes to limp and play with Ace..

K9o is too weak for a 3bet here. I would also 3bet bigger (13-14 cents, since we're OOP).
After he calls your cbet, its pretty obvious you're beat on this board (dont see any worse hands he calls you with here), so just c/f the turn unimproved.

I would not resteal here as you get called way too often and you are stuck in a difficult spot when you flop things like:
      9xx , u cbet & u got raised
      Kxx, u cBet & u got raised

Also keep in mind that your sizing preflop just invites them to call your reraise hence lowering your fold equity and also lowering your profit (if any)

now as played I would c/f the Turn is the way to go, can't possibly think you are ahead too often here to be profitable

      best regards,
