      You never should have 9 if you check river so he can profitable shove any 2 cards putting you on thought spot. For that reason I´d prefer betting myself 1.3$. If you want then you can consider folding to shove, but that way you have some fold equity and don´t have to worry him bluffing you out to the pot.

      Fold equity against what? Do we really expect any better hand to fold there?

      My play would be to most likely Bet the flop and then even consider just Checking the turn and taking a loot at his Bet or his actions. We wont be able to Bet/Call here profitable, neither I don't like your Bet size there which just screams "I have a weak hand and I am scared of straight".

      Therefore, if you planned to Bet the turn such amount then you should also continue on the river to avoid bluffs and bet ~$1 and you would still be able to fold the hand since I doubt that he would ship with worse.
