      I really doubt he would c/c oop with JT, so I´d also call river shove. He may also have there KQ that he decided to play that way or maybe some strange Kx hand. Your hand is too strong to really fold to shove.

      Flop: Raise it bigger here, I'd most likely do it even $4. :) Of course it ain't a huge mistake but most likely if he has a hand he is going to pay you.

      River: Unfortunately I really doubt that he would ship here with something like KQ. It's so often gonna be the nuts which was drawing and did a horrible play. Why shouldn't he be calling with JT? It's NL20 and everything can happen. After your strength I'd even consider folding the hand while we don't even beat any sets or anything similar which could be also possible. If he really had KQ then why didn't he protect his hand earlier? :)
