      start out by b/c flop. I think he would often min-raise his one pair hands for value, so if you were 100bb deep it would be easy shove. Right here you can still 3-bet to 15$ and call shove, but I´d rather try to keep pot small and give him option to bluff turn (also there is chance he would give up and you can valuebet river

      Being OOP and being deeper I don't mind your play at all. I mean do we really want to play for the stack here? He is still raising into multiway pot and seems kinda strong. Even if he has some kind of PP then whatsoever I don't mind folding.

      You will have hard time to Call the turn anyways. The pot will be $18. :D What you gonna do on turn if he bets like $18? Do you really want to fold your hand? Then rather just 3bet and get it in. There is no way I am going to Bet/Call it. There are only worse cards for us than ever gonna be any good cards. So I prefer also Bet/Fold.
