      Hi DJPalaxtreme,

      We don't see any SPs for your PokerStars account so let's run through the normal procedure for this type of occurence :)

      First off, before you follow the instructions below, it's best to contact PokerStars and ask them if your account is affiliated to PokerStrategy.

      Then, you should double check the following below;

      Did you successfully track your PokerStars account by entering our marketing code? See here for further details

      Have you ever received Strategy points for your PokerStars account?

      Have you enabled "Information Sharing" in the PokerStars client? See more here.

      Sometimes, after updates, this becomes unticked, so it's always wise to double check that this is still ticked every time you log in.

      Have you entered your PokerStars username on this page?

      Once you've answered, we will be able to see what needs to be done next in order to get your problem fixed, if it's possible.
