Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      MP3:
      $5.12
      CO:
      $2.02
      BU:
      $2.79
      SB (Hero):
      $5.00
      BB:
      $3.96
      MP2:
      $3.75

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J.
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, BB calls $0.15.

      Flop: ($0.4) 5, K, 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30.

      Turn: ($1) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.05, Hero raises to $4.50, BB folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $2.05.

Should I cbet the flop? If I get called should I 2nd barrel the turn with the 5? I mostly asking the reverse approach to this hand as I don t like the way I played it.

BB stats: 50/1/1.6(highest value on the turn 2.3)/Ftocbet 50%(4)/72 hands

      Hello Sikac,

Don't turn your hand into bluff-catcher! Especially against that kind of opponent I don't like your play at all. It's just horrible. :( Rather Bet/Fold yourself than pick such a horrible line while you rarely will even have fold equity against made hands.

      Best Regards.

So you think the best play in this occassion is to bet/fold both streets. And barrells 2/3 ~ 75% of the pot, right?

Why 2 streets? While he even seems to be rather loose-passive I'd just Bet/Fold the turn and then most likely give up my mid-pair on such a board. Of course his range is going to be wide but our hand isn't that strong either.
