Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      UTG1 (Hero):

      Preflop: Hero is UTG1 with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $0.50, 3 folds, MP3 calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($1.65) 4, 3, 8 (3 players)
Hero bets $1.20, MP3 raises to $2.40, CO folds, Hero calls $1.20.

      Turn: ($6.45) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 raises to $8.19(All-In), Hero folds, MP3 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $6.45.

does he really have me beaten here? i just don't understand why he would overbet so much if he wanted to get paid off. should i fold an overpair here? i almost called and i checked him out on pokertableratings and he is down a couple thousand - consistent loser. if he had a straight draw which completed on the turn i don't understand why he would overbet, if he had a flush draw i don't understand why he would shove with air when i clearly have a strong hand... and if he has a set or 2pair i don't understand why he would overbet the pot - he may well not understand the concept of protection so what do i do? my hand is extremely strong on this board and i almost called him. not sure how i feel about this. the only other option is that he slowplayed KK/AA preflop.. in my eyes this makes the most sense given his line. whenever there is a raise on the flop like this i always automatically think "set" and if i don't beat it then i tend to just fold. is this too weak?

      Hello DrDunne,

Bet/Fold it right on the flop. There ain't gonna be many cards what gonna help you out and where we can continue. Most likely he is going to bet anyways, also we are in multiway pot.

      Best Regards.
