      Against a tight utg from ip, flat is better most of the time, at least when there is no coldcaller.

      His range on that board i think will be mid pairs, with what he tries to bluffcatch.
      Betting is good, you have chance to improve, but chb is also fine.

      Just Check it behind on the flop. You ain't gonna make any better hands to fold anyways. Otherwise not much you can do.
