      My question is about the 3bet i make it's that ok? i feel that i issolate myself against his top range ( QQ+).

      I agree with you, when you're 3betting vs an UTG raise vs someone who is positionally aware they should be seeing your range as really strong and then should fold the weaker parts of their range, especially OOP. JJ is on the threshold of what we can 3bet his UTG raise with, i'd say it's marginal. It's not bad, but it may not be optimal. QQ I would definitely 3bet, whilst TT I would not (This is based upon being against a TAG with no obvious table dynamics). AK is also another marginal spot to 3bet here.

      A question, what would you do if Villain 4bet here?

      As I have pointed out already that don't do such small 3bets. You gave him correct odds for set mining even if he had any kind of PP. But of course if we get 4bet then most likely we have to consider folding the hand.
