Villian is very tight but 5% of 3bet.
He's 3bet me time to time.
I thought I would be ahead wt KQ.
On the flop, I hit the K.
      I c/c by turn.

On the river, He pushed and I not sure What to do.
He would be bluff or better than mine.

How could possibly I play this hand better?

Against 5% I think better is to fold turn o if you call turn then fold river.
He has there AK or AA too often and he would not never shove river for value worse hands.

What you can do, is likely sometimes 4-bet bluff pf or c/rai turn if you think he would barrel there light.

      Best regards,
