      We need ~32% equity here and if we take into account all kind of sets and of course overpairs here:

      Board: 8:spade: T:spade: 9:diamond:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    63.41%  60.61%   2.81% { 88+ }
      UTG+1  36.59%  33.78%   2.81% { KdKc }

      We see that we still get the equity. Therefore I'd most likely consider also even playing for the stacks while he may easily have worse hands and not just sets. Doesn't look like a really good player either. Ain't even fully stacked and I wouldn't be surprised when he sometimes even comes up with just Tx hand here.
