You will need to generate rake of 50 USD in 5 months.
If you fail to, they will take your bonus money away.
You can check how much you have generated, by contacting WH support
or checking your status here in PS every other day.

You will get 5 strategy points for each dollar rake you generate at WH.
So you do the math and see how much you have raked the previous day :)
Have in mind though that some times there are delays of no more than 1 day,
      mostly on weekends.
Its much easier checking here than asking from WH support each time.

      Hi keoghh,

You must generate $50 in rake/tournament fees to be eligible to cashout your starting capital. You also must make a $20 deposit.

You can find out how much rake you have generated by contacting William Hill's live support team at any time.

      Hope this was helpful,

      Best regards,
      Gary

Hey, thanks for the quick replies.

Checked with online support, which was very helpful i must say. They said i have $51.65 in rake i think it was.

So must i now deposit $20, in order to be able to withdraw my roll there?

Also, if i deposit $20, will i then have to keep the $20 in my account, or can i withdraw all my roll, cos basically im depositing $20 to be able to withdraw it again + roll.?

      Thanks in advance :)

      Hi keoghh,

Have you deposited before now? If so, you should be free the withdraw the amount without having to deposit again.

The reason they ask for a deposit in the first place is so that you have created a path in which you can withdraw from (e.g Deposit via Visa card so that you can withdraw via Visa)

This will be made clear from William Hill themselves if you ask them.

Let me know how you get on and will direct you further if needed :)

      Congratulations on releasing your bonus.

      Best regards,
      Gary

      Hi Keogh,

Yes you will have to make a deposit and it must be at least $20.

Make sure you deposit in the same means you wish to withdraw too so it will speed up matters. As I mentioned above, if you wish to withdraw by Visa Card then you must also deposit by Visa.

If you need anything further, just shout :)

      Best regards,
      Gary
